  • HOTSHOTS TENNIS

    Tennis Hot Shots program is designed for 3-12 year olds, using a modified system of equipment and balls, essential for the development of technique, rallying, fundamental motor skills, and of course playing the game. Under this modified system children learn to hit, move, rally and score!

  • CARDIO TENNIS

    Cardio Tennis combines fitness devices, music, and a variety of equipment to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Each workout compromises of a warm-up, cardio segment (drills and play based) and a cool down. Women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800 in a 60-minute session!

  • PRIVATE LESSONS

    Private lessons are an excellent way to accelerate progress and focus on specific areas.

    Adult coaching sessions aim to provide players with quality time on court, giving you the best opportunity to reach your goals as a tennis player. Sessions are available for players from beginner to advanced.
